The guy isn't very subtle. Bright orange armor. Just keep an eye out and you'll be fine. Mostly he's just an observation sort of Merlin, keeping tabs on you two.
"I don't like him. He stands there and watches. Not as bad as Rho, but..." Rho is pretty intense. Delta stands back and frowns at the case. Weapons aren't really his thing.
'Could you give me a rundown of Alpha's Hawks?' he asks, picking up the gun and turning it over, studying it. 'Or any information that I could look over?'
"Oh boy, that's... a list. There are sixteen of them or something," Delta sighs, frowning. He doesn't even know all of them. "You might be better with asking Phi about that. But Rho's a weird one. I've seen him bake cupcakes, I've seen him knit, and I've seen him slit a guy's throat while still being cheerful."
'I'll bear that in mind,' he says, making a note of the description.
The weapon is good and will serve for now until he can get a wider variety. He loads the clip and attaches it to his armour, feeling a little more settled.
"Then we should go now, before I can get too nervous about this," Delta answered, moving for the door. Come on, he needs to do this now. They should be going while they can.
Delta hesitates for a moment, then heads out. He takes the man through a careful route to get them outside as quickly as he could, and the nearest door toward the small pool house.
York follows closely on high alert, scanning the area around them, checking his six and looking forward to having a more specialised vision compensator.
They aren't harassed on the way to the small house, and it's quite obvious that the thing is a work in progress for the rebuild. The main framing is up, but not much of it.
'Probably good that it's in such early development,' he says. 'We can build what we need into it instead of modding it afterwards.' Though they'll need to be careful it isn't sabotaged.
"Come on, I can show you the pool. That won't change much. Right now all we've got is external walls. I need to determine how to work this out," Delta said, stepping through where there was clearly going to be a wall soon. "They haven't done very much because I haven't finalized plans."

Delta doesn't get to finish the thought because there is knocking at the door, along with a ping from Phi to tell York she has arrived.

He still opens the door a crack to check before opening it wider to let her in.

Weapon and some clips. Saw Xi following me, close up okay?

Thank you. Anything in particular we should watch out for? He's going to need to get more info on Alpha's Hawks.

"Well?" Delta asks, standing far back from the door and out of the line of it.

'Weapons acquired, though apparently Xi was watching her on her way over.'

'You get... disturbing Hawks from time to time. What should I look out for?'

"Navy blue and always wearing some kind of utility belt," Delta provided almost immediately as he watched York consider the gun. "Often knitting."

"Are we ready to go then?"
He will trust York to make the determination. He believes the other man would protect him, and he's willing to put his faith in York for this.
Delta still seemed nervous, but with York armed

They will never be truly safe, he does not trust Alpha not to turn his Hawks directly against them, but they'll take what precautions they can.

"Well, this will be it. Our own little home."
