No one has ever made me anything like this before. I treasure it. Just as much as my e-reader or the clothes Roxy got me or lots of other gifts from that day.

Everything is fine. I've found a summer camp for the twins that I've enrolled them in with what I make for you. Theta, though, has his heart set on a skateboard clinic that will last most of the summer and isn't subsidized. You could win big points if you helped us pay for that and get him new kneepads.

You know I'm willing to help out and it'll give him something to do over the summer. I was just talking to Omega about what your plans were for them. I can take him out later this weekend for knee pads and if you send me the registration forms for the clinic, I'll fill them out.

How have things been between you and Omega?

Omega wants me to leave him alone.

In less kind words. He won't tell me what you were trying to ask him about, he's trying to say it was about him not liking to text.

It's not. My records show that I noted that terseness from him does carry through with text, and so I was certain that he was upset. And when he said it was just because he doesn't like typing, I pointed out that I knew he was lying and there was something more going on.

Long story short he told me that I should go off and fuck Maine and that he doesn't want a supportive brother, so I was to leave him alone. I find that when he is upset the best thing to do is acquiesce.

Monday, when Sigma cooked dinner for us all? Omega was out on a date with Louisiana. He's been tense since. Something went wrong. I don't know what, he won't talk to me. I pointed out that he'd asked me to be open to him about Maine and my relationship and be able to turn to him. I told him that I wanted to be able to do that for him as well. And, basically, he told me he doesn't want me involved.

Perhaps you could talk to him? I'm worried that somehow Lou hurt him or he got mad and they had an argument he regrets or... Oh god, what if she made a move on him? That would be terrible!

Tex, please, just tell me if he's okay? I'm worried he's been hurt and he needs someone to talk to and I can't be that for him apparently. I just want to help my brother and he throws my unknown and very confused sexuality at me.

That's why he didn't show up to dinner?

I'll ask. I don't know why he's trying to get mixed up in that woman's business, but I'll ask what's going on.

Perhaps seeing Sigma and myself in relationships has made him desire romance. He has been sleeping with her. But not like that. Omega's... He's asexual. I have to say that even if it isn't my place because you've got to understand if she made a move you can't make the mistake of asking why he didn't go for it.

He's not like that.

I've always wondered if he wasn't still interested in romantic entanglements, or possible deeply emotional platonic bonds, but they haven't come up before and if this Louisiana hurt him by assuming things, then... I just can't handle that.

You might be over thinking this.

I'll see what he's willing to talk about and I'm not going to jump to any conclusions about Louisiana until I hear what he says. She may have just made a stupid mistake.

I leave you the problem of Omega. Maybe he'll be better with an older sibling than with a younger. Because lord knows he's never taken me seriously. And apparently MAINE is a problem.
