Tell me what you want me to do, D. I can't read your mind. If you need a night away from the house too, now's your chance. I can easily get the twins to bed and make sure Theta doesn't stay up too late.

No, you can't. Because you don't know them yet. You haven't learned yet, and you learn with someone at your side teaching you. I know this because that's how you taught us. So I can't go. And even if I did I'd have nowhere TO go. By giving up your bed to Omega you actually took away my only real refuge, because if I go to York again then Sigma will be angry, because I fear there is a decent chance that Sigma's STILL a little concerned about leaving me alone around York.

I won't be the only adult in the house with them, I imagine at least Sigma will be home and can help me.

And I offered you a safe house. Maine's welcome there too. Or if you don't like that, Maine should have places of his own to hide out in the city.

It's up to you, but there's options if you need some space and privacy for a little while.
