I can let myself be mad at Maine for not wanting me when this man clearly does, instead of loathing myself for giving up the one good thing in my life. The chance I had at happiness.

Why... why you had to attack that I don't know. Maybe you're just upset over Delta's relationship with this Squall character. If it's that bad for you I can forbid him from the teen. If you're that worried about TC I can just not see him anymore. Just tell me what you want.

TC was born a slave in the mines near Vos. He fought alongside his brother and his friends to try and protect and free people. To give them something. They wanted kids to get to learn. Reading, writing, poetry, anything they wanted. They held their own elections. They...

I know he's not great. I know there has to be a lot he won't tell me or that aren't in the records and a lot of shit like that. I get that he probably isn't a good person at his core. But he believed in something. And he stands by his morals. They... asked him to kill innocents. I don't know why. He doesn't tell me much. He refused. Left and went military and after that, he wound up here.

Now he flies packages. He's... he's trying to be a good person.

They made their own holidays. Him, his friends, his family. The people that he fought with. They didn't really deal with a religion. They made their own holidays. Their own celebrations. They don't have Christmas, and their gift giving holiday is in the fall. But they have a thing on the fourteenth. Luck and good life and family.

He's alone on an important day. I don't know what to do, but at the very least I'm going to see to it that he gets his noodles and sweet fruit, and a blanket.
