You've always been so constant for us. It means so much to me. It always has.

I'm only as constant as Omega has been.

I mean. You both have always been here. But you've always been so confident in what you're doing, while Omega kept losing his job and changing plans. It's not his fault, of course. It's just...hard to grow up with.

He gave everything for us, Sigma. It wasn't his fault he couldn't hold on to the jobs. The littles would get sick or he'd get hurt or there would be a truly terrible customer that saw him as a doormat and he is proud.

And I understand that. Believe me, I do. I know how hard Omega has worked.

But I--

D, I have attachment-based anxiety issues. My ability to trust someone to always be there for me determines that attachment.

It's not Omega's fault. It's mine. I don't mean to hold it against him, but--it's so complicated.

Oh Dean... If you ever need anything, you know he'd drop the world for your sake, unless one of the littles needed it more. And then he'd probably put them in my hands to be there for you.

I know it's hard, but he loves us, very much. In his own way.

I know he would. And it's frustrating because I know that he deserves better from me.

It helps having someone I can go to. You, Beta, even Omega--you've been wonderful. And York and Louisiana.

But having someone paid to listen to what's wrong and not only try to understand, but give advice?

It helps. It's hard, and sometimes it hurts, but it's a good hurt.
