I mean, I do. I always hated that I got to do whatever I wanted and you were stuck at home. I just--I ne-never realized how much you loved being with us. You were the mother we never had, Delta.

And I don't know that I can pick up where you left off. All I ever gave you was grief and I'm so, so sorry.

You gave me more than grief, Sigma. I've always been proud of you and what you've done. The life you're building for yourself. I envy your strength, your love of life, your confidence. In a lot of ways, your freedom.

Don't worry. You'll have a lot of help. More than I ever had. And like I said, when I'm settled, I'll be there to help. Just not there there.

But I can't come back. My decision is made, and to go back on it now renders everything I've decided for myself in these last few days just as pointless as my life until this point.

Omega will be home a significantly greater portion of the time. You will not be taking care of everyone. In fact, as he has likely quit his job by now it's entirely reasonable to expect him to take the kids to school and pick them up. And shop. And clean. Of course Gamma has reached the age where he can be expected to pull some more responsibility. That you will have to negotiate with him. It's also possible you can stress to Epsilon how important it is to be more active in the family.

I would suggest talking to Theta about it being time to learn a chore or two. The responsibility would do him good.
