I was born nearly entirely deaf. I had surgery when I was young to have implants put in. I had to learn to speak.

I had to work very, very hard for that. Children have an advantage. They learn from infancy to form the proper sounds. I had to start from scratch when I was young. It was not easy. But I know how to learn it. Perhaps that will help me teach it.

I am not 'considering' our friendship, I am firm in it. I'm just pointing out that, to some degree, you will ever be part of the reason that my little brother left the 'safety' of home.

If I was a parent in truth I might accuse you of stealing my little boy's heart. As it is, you make him happy, and for that I am thankful and I find it welcome.

Perhaps the intellectual level of my own teasing is beyond the capabilities of a simple 'locksmith'?
